At the beginning of the past year Fox Mulder had Dana's address but as soon as he got to England he soon realized that he had misplaced her address when he had unpacked his suitcases. Dana had the same problem because as her father moved the family around they all had to come along. Dana looked everywhere for his address but to no avail; she couldn't find it. She was beginning to think that maybe her brother Bill had caught on to their relationship. He was always protective of his little sister but this was ridiculous, thinking that he would have tossed it out. In England, Fox felt in a strange position. He knew that Dana was waiting back in the States for him but he didn't know how long she would wait for him to return. Times had changed and it was happening for the both of them. Another year passed. He didn't know if he was ever going to see her again because he had lost contact with Dana possibly, because her father was stationed at another port, or maybe she had lost his address. As he studied at Oxford, another woman came into his life. He was so depressed over not seeing Dana again that he allowed himself to date this woman. Little did he know, love is not what this woman intended and he was going to learn that soon enough. Meanwhile in the United States, Dana Scully was in medical school at the University. Their instructor had explained that they were going on a trip to England. Dana didn't know whether to be happy or sad at the mention of England, since she knew that Fox was in Oxford. She didn't want to think that she had forgotten about him or he had forgotten her. "The trip will be this Friday we'll be there for a week. I expect to see everyone at 7:00 a.m. at the airport at least two hours early. Class is dismissed," Dr. Henderson said. Dana shook her head out of a daydream as a hand waved in front of her face. "Dana, are you all right?" Sherry asked. "Yeah, I was just thinking about someone I knew." Dana smiled. "Who? If I may ask." "Oh, a boy I met a couple of years ago." "Well, what happened between you two?" They walked down the long corridor, and Dana explained what happened between her and Fox. "Dana, I'll bet he'll be happy to see you." "I know Sherry, but I don't know what he'll think of me when I do show up. I mean what if he's got another life and doesn't recognize me." Dana frowned. "Well, so what? Just tell him what has happened in your life, and I'll bet he'll understand everything." Sherry smiled at Dana to encourage her. "I guess you're right. I'll see you at the airport tomorrow, Sherry," Dana said as she walked to her car. Meanwhile in Oxford England, Fox Mulder wasn't having the time of his life. He was an up and coming student at the University. Even though he did have a girlfriend she would never measure up to Dana Scully, the girl he couldn't get out of his head. Phoebe was making it really hard for him. She was so controlling and she didn't have feelings about him; this he knew for sure. Ever since she met him he knew she just wanted to get laid, and that's all she wanted in this relationship. It was getting rocky, and he couldn't handle any more of her shit. The day had come to tell Phoebe that he was going to dump her. But he was going to reveal the surprise when they went out that weekend. She was in for the biggest surprise. Scully's Home Wednesday 11:00 p.m. Dana Scully packed a couple of suitcases, and Melissa walked into her room. "Are you glad you get to go to England and possibly meet Fox again?" Melissa sat on the bed. "I am in a way. But what if he doesn't want to see me?" Dana folded a pair of slacks, putting them in her suitcase, and brushing a strand of hair out of her face. "I'm sure he'll be glad to see you. I'd pack a nice, sexy dress just in case you two want to go out somewhere." Melissa walked into her closet. "How about this one?" She picked out a black satin dress with a low cut neckline and handed it to Dana. "Melissa… I don't know…" Dana smiled shyly at her sister. "Dana, don't worry. He'll love it, I guarantee it." Melissa smiled and walked out of her room. Dana carried her suitcases down to the living room, so she wouldn't have the hassle of carrying them downstairs tomorrow morning. "Dana, are you all packed?" Her mother smiled. "Yes, Mom." "I'm going to go to bed, so I can get up early." "Sure, you get a good night's rest, and I'll see you tomorrow morning." "Night, Mom." Dana hugged her mother and climbed the steps. "Night, Honey." Thursday 5:30 a.m. Dana was awake when her alarm clock rung at 5:00 a.m. because she couldn't sleep much anyway thinking about the trip to England. She woke up and went to the shower to freshen up and get ready for her trip. Maggie was making breakfast, and soon Melissa and Dana joined her at the table. "Dana, when do I expect you back from England?" "I'll be back in a week, Mom." Dana took a sip of her orange juice. "Well, that means that Melissa and I will be the only ones around since your father and brothers are all out to sea." Maggie frowned at the thought of how empty her household would be. "Mom, I'll be back. Don't worry." "So, you are packed and ready to go?" her mother asked. "Yeah, I'm all set." Maggie pulled into the parking lot of the airport and parked in the carport. Maggie got out and opened the trunk of the car, and Melissa grabbed Dana's suitcase as they walked toward the airport. Dana got her travel information and ticket while waiting to see if the rest of her classmates would show up. She noticed that several other cars had pulled up into the airport-parking garage. It was nearly a half an hour before everyone started to show up, and the instructor was the last one to show up. Everyone had taken care of their travel plans and were ready to board the plane. "Well, I'll see you in a week, honey." Maggie hugged her daughter. "O.K. Mom." "Come here little sister." Melissa gave her a quick squeeze and let her go. "I'll see you two in a week." Dana smiled faintly and walked out toward the gate. England 3:00 p.m. Their plane had landed, and once all the students had departed the airplane, they met in the lobby of the airport waiting for the instructor. Everyone boarded a rented shuttle bus to take them to their hotel. The beautiful scenery and the marvelous statue monuments along the streets were captivating. Once they arrived at the hotel, everyone had to share a room with someone even though there were only fifteen students. The students were booked into a room with two people or three at the most but the instructor got a room to himself. Everyone discussed who was going to pair up and with whom and they all received their keycards for their rooms. Dana and Sherry would share a room. As Dana walked down the hall to their room, she put the key card into the slot and opened the door revealing a very beautiful, sweet, clean room. Even though their group was getting a discount for their rooms, it must cost at least two hundred dollars a night. "Dana isn't it beautiful here." Sherry asked and put down her luggage on the floor. "It sure is." Dana set her suitcases down beside the window and looked out the window, enjoying the view from their room. "Well, do you want to unpack or cruise the town to see what we can get ourselves into tonight?" Sherry giggled. "I suppose we can walk the downtown streets and cruise some of the shops." Dana sighed. "Oh, come on. You still worried if you're going to meet Fox?" Sherry put her arm around Dana's shoulder. "Yeah, I am." "Stop feeling sorry for yourself and let's go." Sherry walked out the door. Dana and Sherry walked down to a local restaurant on the street corner just about two blocks away from their hotel. Meanwhile Fox and Phoebe had entered a restaurant. Little did Phoebe know that tonight was going to be the last night she was going to have the acquaintance of Fox Mulder. Sherry looked at Dana and pointed to a restaurant that looked very antique on the outside. "Come on Dana, let's get something to eat." "Okay." Dana walked in the restaurant not even knowing that someone she knew was sitting at one of the tables. Sherry had sat down on the bar stool that was located at the back of the building which included a dance floor off to the side away from the customers who dined there. Dana walked in the middle of the aisle that led to the bar. Fox had noticed her but he wasn't for sure if it was Dana. He sat there watching her, but he wasn't sure he could believe his eyes. "Fox, are you all right?" Phoebe questioned him. "I've got to tell you something, and I know you not going to like to hear this." Fox frowned. "What?" "I really can't take this anymore, Phoebe. I mean you have no feelings for me whatsoever. You just think you can drag me anywhere, treat me like dirt, someone to walk all over and not say anything to you. I just think it's not going to work out for us. Do you understand what I'm saying?" "Are you saying that you want out of this relationship?" Phoebe scowled at him. Before he could even answer her question he noticed a certain red headed girl walk past their table. "I know that girl." Fox looked at the back toward the bar area ignoring Phoebe completely. She tried to add her two cents into the situation, but Fox was not even paying attention to her. He got up from his chair and walked back toward the bar scanning the seated customers and noticed fiery, red hair sitting at the end of the bar with a brown haired girl. "Excuse me, you wouldn't happen to be Dana Scully?" Fox smiled. Dana turned around on her bar stool and was stunned to find a very handsome Fox Mulder standing right in front of her. She noticed that he had hardly changed since she had met him though his hair was an inch longer since the last time she saw him. He, too, noticed that she had grown her hair out a little more since they were together. He loved that feature; long and beautiful, he thought to himself. "Yeah, I'm Dana." "It's me, Fox. Tell me you remember me?" He smiled at her. "Of course I remember. It's really good to see you again." Just before their conversation started, Phoebe had walked over to see what was going on between them. "Fox, what's going on?" Phoebe asked putting her arm around his shoulder. "Nothing, why can't you take a hint. Leave me the hell alone." Fox removed her hand from his shoulder. Sherry was getting up to leave the bar stool, as was Dana. Fox returned his attention back to the bar stools again noticing that she was gone, he thought it was a dream or something and shook his head and looked toward the entrance and spotted her leaving. "Dana! Please wait!" He called after her. "Dana, you told me that Fox was handsome, but I'd describe him as scrumptious," Sherry smiled at her. "What do you want, Fox?" She turned on her heel. "Please let me explain all this," he said. "Maybe when you're not too busy." Dana looked past his shoulder noticing that this woman he was now involved with was sitting back at their table, smiling an evil grin. "Can I meet you somewhere later?" He intended to talk to her and explain everything that has happened. "Oh, let me think on it." Dana pondered. "Don't do this. You know damn well I wanted to see you again, don't shut me out of your life." Fox grabbed her arm. "All right. The little pub across the street there I'll be there tomorrow night at ten and then we'll talk." Dana and Sherry walked down the block toward their hotel. Fox watched the two women disappear around the corner and felt a small hand on his arm. He suddenly jerked it away knowing it was Phoebe. "What, do you have a secret girl I didn't know about, Fox?" "I've known her for a while, and I have strong feelings about her. So, butt the hell out and get fuck out of my life!" Fox said and walked back toward his apartment. Phoebe was dumbstruck at the way Fox had treated her tonight, and when she got the chance she would strike back. But would it stop him from seeing Dana? She didn't think so, but she was going to cause some conflict between them anyway she could. Friday 8:00 a.m. Dana and her classmates had boarded the bus to go to the local University to view their practices. The bus had arrived at the University an hour later and everyone departed the bus. A tall man with light brown hair and a tweed black suit walked toward the bus. "Welcome, I'm Professor Marvin Sherwood. I'll be showing you around today." He smiled and shook Dr. Henderson's hand firmly. "Glad I took the opportunity to come and visit." "Well, should we be off then?" Sherwood said. Everyone gathered in a group and walked up the steps going through the huge entrance. They noticed the lavish structures within the building and lovely photographs that lined the hallways. They had reached the medical section of the building and toured as other students were practicing techniques in the labs. The English students knew that someone was going to visit, but they didn't know exactly when they were coming. "If you want to ask these students anything, please feel free do so," Professor Sherwood said. All the students observed their techniques. Most were almost the same, but some methods were different. For example, on one table there was a plastic container that was labeled Leeches. Some American studies were practicing this long time tradition, but some didn't favor it. Dana walked around looking at the modern tools on the tables and watching the students do procedures. Dana thought she recognized on of the students for some reason; this one stuck out from all the rest. This woman had jet-black hair, was of a little more than average height, and had a lean body. Dana finally realized that she knew who it was. She was the girl with Fox in the restaurant. "Don't I know you from somewhere?" Phoebe asked Dana. "I don't think so." "Yeah, I know you from the restaurant. Fox was talking to you." She scowled. "So, what if he was." Dana was beginning to hate this woman by the minute. "You better know that he's mine." Phoebe smirked. "Well, as far as Fox being yours, I think he made it clear last night that he didn't want to see you again." "Oh, he always tells me that. I never believe it because he always says that he's going to leave me but he doesn't." "That's what you think." Dana turned and followed the group out into the hallway. Professor Sherwood told Dr. Henderson and his students that they could observe the campus, especially the medical labs and facilities. The other campuses were open as well. Everyone walked with a buddy around the campus with maps in their hands and were told to meet back at the front doors in two hours to board the bus back to the hotel. Dana and Sherry walked around together; even though they were in a strange place, they had each other's company. "Dana, that girl is crazy. I wouldn't believe anything she says." Sherry looked over at Dana. "I know but what if she is right after all?" Dana frowned. "I wouldn't worry about her. She even looks like a control freak to me. I'd just ignore her." "Yeah, you're right. I'll be meeting Fox tonight anyway and I'll hear the truth." Dana looked down at her map again, not watching were she was walking. A couple of young guys were having a conversation and didn't notice the two girls walking in front of them. Sherry had seen the two guys and avoided them, but Dana continued walking and they bumped into each other. Dana dropped her map and information papers on the ground, looked up, and saw Fox standing right in front of her. He bent down and picked her papers up and handed them back to her. "Nice to see you again." Fox smiled down at her. "Thanks." Dana started to walk off. "Hey, Dana, wait a minute." Fox stepped over to her and Sherry. "Is that all I get? Thanks. What did I do wrong?" Fox asked. "You didn't do anything wrong. Just that we did set a date later tonight, then we'll talk." Dana smiled at Fox and walked away with her friend. "Fox, who was that? Joey smiled at him. "A girl I knew back in the States. She and I were close." "Oh, tell me how close? Close enough to be brother and sister or intimate relations close?" Joey pried. "Well, we sure in hell aren't brother and sister, I can tell you that much." Meanwhile Sherry and Dana had noticed that the time had gotten the best of them and now it was time to board the bus. Dana climbed aboard and took a seat at the middle of the section and Sherry sat down beside her. "I see that you met Fox again. Seems like everywhere you turn you two are meeting. Think you can hook me and his friend up?" "Oh, I don't know. I'll ask him if you would like me too." "Would you do that, Dana?" "Sure. I didn't see a girl with him so I suppose he's single." Dana continued, "We're supposed to meet tonight and talk, then I'll ask him if his friend would be interested." "Sounds fair to me, Dana." Dana sighed and leaned back into the seat, closing her eyes, and thinking about the meeting tonight and how much Fox had really meant to her. Even though this psycho bitch tried to divert Dana into not seeing him anymore, her feelings for him were growing stronger. Dana had chosen a nice pair of tan slacks and pull over sweater. Sherry walked into their room noticing that Dana looked as if she was going on a date rather to a meeting. "So, Dana you getting ready to leave? Its almost 9:30 p.m." "Yeah, I'm leaving in a second." Dana looked over her shoulder. "Don't forget to ask him about his friend." "I won't." Dana was out the door and walking down the street. Sherry glanced out the window, watching her walk around the corner. Mickey's Pub 10:05 p.m. Fox had arrived five minutes earlier waiting on Dana. He had a pair of blue jeans, a button down blue silk shirt, and pair of boots on. He didn't have to wait long, because as soon as he looked toward the entrance he spotted her. She walked through the doors scanning the pub for him. The young men at the tables were staring at this strange woman whom had never graced their presence. Meanwhile Fox had watched her until she reached the bar stools were he was seated. "Glad you made it." "Yeah, I'm here." "Do you want a drink or something?" he asked. "Yes, how about a club soda for now." Dana smiled. "Bartender, give me two club sodas." Fox patted on the counter top. "Sure thing," a husky man said as he turned around to get their drinks. "Here you two go." He smiled. "So, how have you been Dana?" "I've been o.k. Just not knowing when I was ever going to see you again." "I know I felt the same way, too. When I left to come here, I looked for your address. I must have lost it or misplaced it somewhere, but I looked everywhere for it." Fox placed his hand in hers, and she jerked it away. He looked disappointedly at her. "What?" "Who was that woman you were with the other day?" "I met her last year at a party. Well, my friend Hank introduced us. One thing led to another. I just thought she liked me, that's all. But as time went on, I actually dated her. I found out she was a control freak, and now I want out, but she just doesn't see it happening. I finally realized what I had lost, and that was `you'." "I can't believe you wouldn't wait for me, after all we had talked about. I guess I didn't even know you then. Damn, I must be a fool to even think you ever loved me." Dana had stray tear running down her cheek. "Dana, don't think that. I do love you. At the time I didn't think I was every going to see you again and it was hard for me being alone and far away from you." "I know it was hard for me too. I know I had your address but I looked for it and I couldn't find it nowhere." Dana frowned. "So, why are you here, if not I'm being rude or ungrateful? I'm glad that you are here, Dana." "One of my college professors had scheduled a field trip to come to one of England's Universities to observe their practices." Meanwhile, the music in the pub was getting louder every second, and it was hard to distinguish what they were saying. Fox pointed back toward one of the tables away from the bar. He held out his hand for Dana and they walked back to the table near the corner blocking the music. "Much better isn't it?" "Yeah, it is." "So, what were we talking about, Dana?" "How I got here and what I was doing here." "Oh, yeah, that's right." "Do you have a boyfriend back in America if I may ask. Since you did see me with a girl, doesn't seem fair if I don't ask you." "Well, no actually. Just guy friends at the moment no one serious if that's what you're asking." "I was just curious. I know since you walked in here all the males were looking at you," he teased. "Are you trying to make me feel better, or are you just saying that?" "I wouldn't lie to you. I saw them and god knows that I was gazing at you too." Fox grabbed her hand and Dana squeezed his hand. "So, how long you going to be here?" "Only a week then I have to leave." Dana frowned. "Just as I see you again, you're going to being leaving me, again." "I'm sorry. I know how hard it is. It isn't easy for me to be seeing you again, walking into your life and interrupting it." "Oh, you weren't interrupting by any means. I'm glad you're here." "So, how long do you have to go before you leave this place?" Dana asked. "I've got one more year and then I'll be done here. I'll be back in the States before you know it." "A year is a long time," Dana pondered. "And you, how long before you graduate?" "I've got two more years and then I'll be done. If I go to summer school, it will not be as long." "It's getting late. I should be going, Fox." Dana got up from the table. "Hey, wait. Can I walk you to your hotel?" He grabbed her arm. "Sure, if you think its no trouble." "No, no trouble at all." They walked out of the pub and headed down the street toward her hotel. They walked arm in arm and as they rounded the corner, the hotel was about a few feet away from them. Fox walked up the steps with Dana, and she turned around looking at him. "Well, I'll see you later." "Are you going to be at the University tomorrow?" "Possibly, we still have some things to observe over there in the medical labs." "Okay." As Dana walked into the front doors of the hotel Fox said, "You really are beautiful, Dana." Dana walked back down the steps and walked up to him and kissed him on the lips. "You want to go out tomorrow night?" Dana looked up into his hazel eyes. "Of course I do." "Do you think we can go on a double date? My friend wanted me to ask you if you can bring that cute friend of yours along." Dana ran her hands down his chest. "Name the place, I'll be there." Fox looked down at her. "How about that Italian restaurant across the pub?" "That's great. I can't wait to see you tomorrow, Dana." "Same here." Fox gave her a quick kiss. She broke the kiss while turning to leave and walked into the entrance of the hotel. Sherry saw what had happened between Dana and Fox out on the front steps. Dana slipped the key card into the slot and walked in and noticed Sherry smiling at her. "What?" "So, how did it go?" "It was great to see him again. He explained the whole situation to me about that girl." Dana sat down on the bed taking her shoes off. "And? What happened?" Sherry sat down beside her. "We talked about it and other things." "So, are you going to see him again, or did you leave him heart broken?" "We're going out tomorrow on a double date." "Oh, thank you, Dana. Your such a true friend," Sherry giggled. "I know. I'm going to shower and get some sleep." "We do have a group thing at the University don't we?" "Yeah, we do." Saturday 9:00 a.m. The students arrived at the University. This would be their last day until Monday. The classes didn't operate on Sunday, but the library was open from ten o' clock to seven o' clock at night. Everyone would be free on Sunday and because it was a Saturday not too many classes were open. So, the group of students knew it was going to be a short day, and they would probably be back at the hotel around 12:30 p.m. Everyone split up and walked around the campus just like they did on Friday. Dana and Sherry visited the medical lab first, because it was important that they view the demonstration in the lab. Then they were free until noon when they would leave for the hotel. After they had observed the laboratory, they were walking freely on campus when Fox noticed them walking down the sidewalk, deep in conversation. "Hey, Dana." Fox walked up to her and Sherry. "Hi, Fox." Dana blushed. "Umm… Fox this is my friend, Sherry. I didn't introduce you two before." "Hello," Sherry smiled at him. "Nice to meet you." "Dana, how long you going to be here?" "I'll be here until about noon, then we're supposed to meet back on the bus to go back to the hotel." "I only have one class left today and it'll be over at 11:45 p.m." "How about we just go out early this evening for dinner, and then go for a drink later at Mickey's pub? "I suppose we can. What time should I be expecting you and your friend?" "I was thinking about six this evening. Is it a good time for you?" "Yes, that's fine." The girls started to walk down toward another building, and Dana noticed Fox following them. She smiled to herself. "Where are you going, Fox?" Dana stopped in front of him. "I was going to my next class." "Oh, I didn't know." Fox opened the doors at the entrance and noticed that Dana and her friend weren't too far away. "Dana, did you see this part of the campus?" Fox asked. "I don't believe I have." Fox held the doors open for the two girls, and they walked into the building looking at the collections of sports players from over the years. "What is this?" "It's a recreation center, actually where people study sports and the other subjects." "So, you have this as a class or just a part of your program?" Dana asked. "No. It's not really a requirement, but I couldn't pass this opportunity it up." "I guess we better get going, Dana." Sherry started to walk away from them. "Yeah, hold on a sec." "I guess I'll see you tonight, Fox." Dana looked up at Fox. "Yes, you will. I won't forget my friend, Joey." He looked over at Sherry who was smiling, and then he returned his attention back at Dana. "I'll talk to you later, Fox," she winked at him. Dana lightly kissed him on the lips and Fox encircled her waist for more contact. She ran her hands through his thick hair and he groaned into her mouth, finally releasing her, he took a finger and brushed a strand of her hair out of her eyes. She ran her palm down his stubbly cheek and smiled at him brushing away a stray lock of his chestnut hair to look into his beautiful dark eyes. "Fox, you better shave." "Yeah, I know. You want me to?" "No, you don't have to just because I mentioned it." She added, "I'm going to go and we'll see you and Joey later." Dana squeezed his hand and walked out the door. "Hey, Fox. Are you coming to play with the team?" Joey patted him on the arm. "Yeah, I'll be there in a minute." He watched Dana and Sherry walk around the corner of the building. "Were you talking to Dana, your girlfriend? I don't know about you but I think her friend is cute." Joey winked at Fox. "Say no more my friend; you're going on a double date tonight with her." "Are you serious? Fox you're such a sport." "I'll tell you all the details later. Right now lets play some ball." Meanwhile Phoebe was watching and listening from the next room down the hall where Joey and Fox had their conversation. She also noticed that the two of them seemed happier than usual. All her thoughts came back toward Dana, and she knew something was up and it was time to make her move tonight. 12:30 p.m. The students had boarded the bus and arrived at the hotel about an hour later. The traffic was heavy times but soon smoothed out. Sherry and Dana were deciding on what to wear to dinner. Sherry had a pretty light pink dress with matching cashmere sweater with white high heels. Dana was looking for that black satin dress that her sister suggested she wear. She found it and hung it up on the hanger on the bathroom door and smoothed it out. "Dana, you're going to look spectacular tonight." "You're going to look beautiful too. I really like that shade of pink." "Thanks. I bet Fox will fall to his knees tonight when he catches you wearing that." "I figure he will." Dana grinned at Sherry. Meanwhile Fox was in his apartment about a mile from the pub in town. He was laying out some clothes to wear tonight, a pair of boots, black jeans and a gray sweater. Joey wasn't his roommate even though he lived down below his apartment. A knock suddenly came on his door thinking it was Joey he opened the door and it was Joey on the other side standing in the hallway, looking nervous. "Joey, what's up?" "What is the dress situation for us? Just dress casual or suit and tie?" "Just dress casual nothing fancy." "Okay, thanks. I'll see you in a little while then." Fox shut the door and another knock this was more like a bang rather than a knock. He walked over to the door and to his surprise it was Phoebe. "What the hell do you want?" Fox said in an irritated voice. "Just thought I would drop by and see if you're going out tonight, with me?" she smirked at him. "No, I am not." "Why not? Now you know you can't say no to me, Fox?" She frowned her best sorrowful look. "I'm sorry, Phoebe, I can't." "Is it because of that red headed girl from the other day? You know I actually met her at the lab the other day. I told her to leave you alone that she wasn't going to take you away from me." "What! Why, she has nothing to do with you, and you should stay out of our business." "You're just going to use that poor girl. When she's gone who are you going to turn to?" Phoebe had a wicked gleam in her eyes. "You know that I'm not going to do that. I've been in love with her every since we met. Can't you take a fucking hint? I don't want to see you anymore; leave me alone." "Well, it really doesn't seem true to your heart that you didn't wait for her. Because you hooked up with me isn't that right, Fox?" "It was a big mistake on my part, and I wish we never actually got involved in the first place." "Fine, go with your new found girlfriend, see if I give a flying fuck." She walked down the hallway briskly and never looked back. Fox slammed the door and locked it behind him hoping it would be the last conversation he would have with this psycho woman. He went toward his bedroom, picked his clothes up off the bed, and walked into the bathroom and took a shower. He got dressed and looked at himself in the mirror, brushing his hair and rubbing the stubble on his face. Even Dana said she liked it so he didn't shave. He smiled to himself and the thought of Dana shaving him. 5:30 p.m. Dana showered and got dressed. She was touching up her makeup in the bathroom, when a knock came on the door. "Hurry up, Dana! Their going to be here in a half and hour." Soon enough their dates had arrived and knocked on their door. Dana opened the door revealing Fox and Joey standing out in the hall. "Hi, Dana. Mmm… you even smell good tonight." He leaned in for a kiss and she accepted it. He nuzzled her hair placing a small kiss on her cheek. "Fox, you look very handsome tonight too." She blushed at him and then turned to look over her shoulder looking at her friend. "Oh, Sherry this is Joey." "Nice to meet you, Joey." "Nice to meet a beautiful girl that's willing to go out with me." "Joey, don't put yourself down. We're going out to have a good time. Are you girls about ready?" Fox looked at Dana and then Sherry. "Sure, let me grab the key to our room and I'll be with you in a minute. Sherry walked over to the television and picked up the key card and shut the door behind her. They all arrived at the restaurant about twenty minutes later and were seated at their tables, which was located in the back of the restaurant. Once they were seated a waiter came by and offered a menu to them. Everyone looked over their menus and decided what they were going to eat. "I think I'm going to have the rigatoni with garlic bread sticks," Fox spoke up from his menu. "That sounds really delicious. I think I'll have the same thing," Dana glanced at Fox from the corner of her menu card. "I'll think I'll have the plate of spaghetti and dinner rolls," Joey said and sat down his menu on the table. "Well, Sherry what are you going have tonight?" Joey turned to look at his date. "I'll probably have a plate of pasta and a garden salad." The young waiter came back and they placed their orders. Fox and Dana had started a conversation but something turned his attention away from Dana. The only thing that he saw was that Phoebe Green, the psycho woman, was in the restaurant with another young guy. She was seated approximately ten feet away and was trying to divert his attention from his own table to her own. "I can't believe her. I wonder who she suckered in for this dinner date." "What's the matter?" Dana looked at him noticing that he was looking off to the left at someone, and found out whom he was watching. Joey turned around and saw what was happening, and then Sherry took notice as well. "Fox, I thought you told her it was over between you two?" "I did, Dana. She is the one with the problem. I guess it hasn't registered in her head that I really mean that it is over between us." The waiter came back with their plates and placed them in front of them. Everyone began to eat their dinners. "Anything else you would like?" The waiter asked. "No, that'll be fine." Fox said. Phoebe was watching them out of the corner of her eye while trying to socialize with her date. Every second that she sat there it was hard to control the urge to go over there and grab Fox and run out the door. Something was in the way and it had to be dealt with; Dana. If she couldn't have him, Dana wouldn't either. Fox and Dana enjoyed their meals while Joey and Sherry were finishing their plates. "I'm going to take a breather. Here's the half of our bill that we owe." Joey placed a couple pounds down on the table. "I'll meet you outside, Dana," Sherry said as Joey held her chair out for her and they walked out together. "Are we still going to the pub or are we going to sit here all night and talk." Dana whispered into his ear. "Sure, if that's what you want." He smiled, kissing her on the lips and neck. Fox descended lower on her neck Dana began to giggle. He started to chuckle with her and this got Phoebe attention back to their table. "Oh, so he's going to play that game is he?" Phoebe growled. "Come on Fox let's get out of here." "Okay, let me get the waiter and pay." He paid the waiter and held his hand out for Dana. They walked toward the entrance knowing that they had to walk past Phoebe and her date. Fox put his arm around Dana's waist to escort her through the crowded restaurant. On the outside Joey and Sherry were having a conversation. "Hey, are we going to the pub or not? I thought we were going to drag you two away from that place." Joey smiled. "Yes, we're coming." The four of them walked to the pub and noticed that it wasn't crowded yet. When it was midnight and into the morning hours it would be so crowded you would have to literally knock people down to get out of the place. Phoebe had the chance to spy on them and walked outside of the restaurant watching, noticing that they went into a pub down the street. Now she was going to go in there and get Fox back, if it meant having to start a fight in there and risk being kicked out of the place for two months. It would be worth it on her part to see if she could rid herself of the problem, Dana. Mickey's Pub Entering the pub, Dana and Fox walked up to the bar and ordered two light beers; Joey and Sherry ordered the same. Dana sat down on the barstool next to Fox, which was at the end of the row. Sherry was seated beside Dana while Joey was in the middle of the bar. People started coming in one by one and it started to get crowded but it would only get worse as the night went on. Dana sipped her beer while Fox watched her with a smile. "Why are you staring at me?" "Oh, I'm sorry. It's not polite to stare, is it? But I have to, you're the most beautiful woman sitting in here." He stroked her cheek and she kissed his palm. "Your handsome too." Dana blushed behind her glass of beer. Fox swigged last of his beer down. He turned to look at the crowd coming through the entrance doors, he noticed Phoebe again. Why can't this woman take a hint? In tow, Phoebe had her new boyfriend, either to get back at Fox or just make him jealous. Either way it wasn't going to work. Many couples started to dance on the dance floor that was located to the right of the bar. Fox grabbed Dana's hand and walked out onto the floor. Phoebe saw them and started to walk over to confront Dana but her idiot date grabbed her hand and pulled her to the dance floor. "Fox, can I confess something?" "Don't tell me your going to dump me too for a younger man?" He put his arm around her and took her other hand in his. "No. I've spotted her again and I just want to rip her guts out. I know she wants to fight tonight. If that's what she wants, then that's what she going to get." "I know. I saw Phoebe a few minutes ago myself. I know she came her to start trouble with us." Dana put her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes wrapping her arms around his waist. He pulled her closer to his body. "Oh, excuse me." Phoebe bumped into Dana trying to fake an apology. "What the hell is your problem?" Dana spat at her. "You. You are the problem and I'm going to get Fox back one way or the other." "I don't think so." Dana went to turn around and Phoebe shoved her to the floor and the crowds turned their heads to see what was all the commotion. Phoebe threw a wine glass at Dana and she ducked, almost hitting the bartender in the head. Dana went for the peanuts that were in the glass bowel on the counter and tossed them at Phoebe hitting her on the top of the head. It was war between these two and Fox was in the middle of it. They continued to fight in the rec room where a couple of pool tables were set up. Dana grabbed a pool stick and swung at Phoebe. Unfortunately she ducked, but then Dana swung low knocking Phoebe's legs right out from under her. Phoebe went for the one of the balls on the table and grabbed the cue ball and threw it at Dana hitting her in the stomach. Dana fell to the floor grabbing her stomach. Phoebe walked over to Dana, thinking it was over; it wasn't. Dana finally got to her feet and grabbed an old wooden chair that sat in the corner and broke the chair in half and swung at Phoebe. She ducked and maneuvered around Fox. He soon got the hell out of the way because Dana was letting loose of pent up fury within her. This girl couldn't get it through her head that Fox was hers. So now Phoebe, this psycho woman, wanted to fight for him and she had to go through Dana first. Dana swung the chair the second time; Phoebe tried to block the swing but it was too late. Dana kicked her in the leg and knocked Phoebe out cold with the wooden leg from the chair. The audience that had watched this was clapping and the bartender and another man, possibly the manager, walked up to Dana. "I want you out of here." "Sir, it wasn't her fault." Fox spoke up. "Yeah!" The audience agreed and they all pointed to the woman that was knocked out on the floor that was the culprit. "She is the one who started this whole mess." Dana spat on the ground. "Alright, you can stay. But she is out of here, someone call the ambulance." The manger said. "Dana, are you alright?" Sherry walked up to her. "I'm fine." Dana winced at the pain and started to walk holding her stomach. She tossed the wooden chair leg on the ground walking back to the bar stools. Fox watched her with amazement and walked back to the bar with Joey and Sherry following. Dana sat down with Fox seated beside her on her right and Sherry on her left. "Are you hurt Dana? I can't believe you did that." Fox sighed. "What? I thought you didn't want to see her anymore. She wouldn't leave you alone, so I had to do something." "I have one question for you, Dana. Are you going to treat me like that once we're alone because it was really turning me on? You looked so damn sexy out there, kicking ass like that," he whispered in her ear. Dana giggled and grabbed his hand walking back out toward the dance floor. "We didn't finish our dance. So, lets finish it." "I thought you were going to beat the hell out of me. Dragging me back out here, I had no idea what you were going to do." He laughed. "You want a beating, do you?" Dana whispered in his ear, grabbing a lock of hair and pulling it. She teased him by running her hand down his chest and back up his arms, walking around him, still holding his left hand in hers. He pulled her into his embrace and grabbed her from behind, pulling her against him, wrapping his arms around her waist and leaned down to whisper in her ear. The rough stubble on his cheek made contact with hers sending shivers up her spine as he imagined what else he could be doing right about now. Her knees went weak; she pushed back against him, making him groan into her ear. "Yeah, I do." He gave her a deep, long kiss; she turned to meet him and deepened it claiming his mouth as her property for now. They both broke the kiss and she nipped him on the lower lip. He looked deep into her icy blues and she noticed that his eyes were so beautiful hazel green changing to dark green. "So, are you going to stay at the hotel tonight or come to my apartment?" He nuzzled her neck and kissed her on the earlobe. "I've got to talk to Sherry first? If she wants the hotel room for her and Joey, then I'll go home with you. Or we can take the hotel." "Hey, Dana!" Sherry called out to her from the barstool waving her over. "I suppose you better go see what their plans are for tonight." He let go of her waist and Dana walked over to Sherry and sat down beside her. "Dana, I was going to ask you something." "Sure, what is it?" "Well, Joey and I were going to spend the night in the hotel." "Are you sure, Sherry? I mean you just met him." Dana looked concerned. "I know. He's really nice and I like him a lot. I felt like I've known him for years, we've got so much in common." Sherry smiled. "Fine. I'm going home with Fox tonight. I'll call the hotel tomorrow and then we'll meet up." Dana looked at Fox and back at her friend. "Okay. I'll see you tomorrow." The girls hugged. Dana walked out with Fox heading to his apartment. Part II. Disclaimer in Part 1.. Fox and Dana had walked out to the parking lot to his car. He held open the car door and Dana slid into the passenger seat. They headed to his apartment in silence stealing glances at each other as he drove to his place. He pulled up to a large brick building with a few cars occupying the parking spaces. He shut the engine off and looked over at Dana. "Is this your place?" Dana asked looking at the brick apartment. "Yep. It may not be much but this is where I call home." He slid out of the driver's seat and walked over to the passenger side and opened the door for her. They walked up the steps to his building noticing a slight chill in the air. "Feels like rain coming or a storm." Fox looked up into the cloudy sky. "I feel it too." Dana smiled at him. He opened the door and held it open for her as she stepped into the entrance. He put his arm around her waist guiding her up the steps. "We're almost there." "Let me guess. Your door number is `13'." Dana glanced at him. "What, are you psychic?" He smiled down at her giving her waist a quick squeeze. To her surprise the door number did read `13'. Fox reached into his pocket for his keys, he unlocked the door and guided Dana into the apartment. "Fox, I think you need a housekeeper." Dana glanced around at his clothes all over the living room floor. "Well, what did you expect from a college guy," he said picking up some clothes and tossing them in the laundry basket. Fox cleaned up some of his clothes to make the place look a little more pleasant. Dana walked around his living room. Noticing that he had a picture on a desk, she walked over to find it was of his sister Samantha and Fox when they were still together as a family. She stood there for a moment remembering what he had told her and then looked back at him, noticing the place was getting cleaner by the minute. Fox put the rest of his clothes into the basket and found Dana in the kitchen observing dirty dishes in the sink. "What have you been doing, Fox?" Dana looked in the cabinets and found a dishtowel and liquid soap. "I've been busy with school. Dana I was going to wash them today," he smiled at her leaning down and kissing the side of her neck. "Oh, sure you were. Just like your laundry?" she glanced over her shoulder, smiling. Dana turned the faucet on adjusting the temperature of the water and putting the stopper in the sink. He noticed that her dress was torn at the edge of her leg. He knelt down to take a better look at the torn fabric. She looked down at him and noticed that he was on his knees. "Fox, what are you doing?" "I just noticed something about your dress. It looks like you have a short tear at the bottom of your dress." "Oh, damn it. I knew I shouldn't have worn this tonight." "If you want, I'll buy you another one." "No, you don't have too." "Of course I will. After all you did get rid of our little problem, didn't you?" "Yeah, I guess I did, for now." She turned off the water and began to wash the dishes. He stood back up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist hugging her to him, nuzzling the back of her neck. "Fox, keep that up and your dishes aren't going get clean." She leaned back into his embrace pushing back on his erection. "Dana, keep that up and you'll never leave this kitchen." He gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and left smacking her on the ass, making her jump. "Oh, Fox you're going to get it now." Dana finished up the dishes, rinsing them off and placing them in the dish rack. She scooped up some foam from the sink and held it behind her back. As she went into the living room looking for him, he suddenly grabbed her from behind pulling her into his arms. Dana quickly turned around and smacked him in the face with the foam. He released her and she ran toward the couch, he looked at the foamy residue and wiped it off with his hand. "Hey, what the hell was that for?" He started walking slowly towards her. "Seems to me that you were asking for it." Dana started to side step away from him without noticing that he was closing in real fast. She didn't realize she was being trapped between the wall and his strong frame. "Now what are you going to do, Dana?" He grabbed her arms and pinned them to the wall behind her head. "Ummm… let me think on it. I've got a couple of options. I can kick the living hell out of you or give in and have my way with you tonight." Dana looked at him directly in the eyes not blinking for a second, and then a small smile began to escape from her lips. "Damn, woman. After that fight in the pub tonight, I don't think you're up for it." He let his eyes trail down her chest and back up to her face taking all her beauty in. "You don't know the `Scully' family very well do you?" She tried to wrestle free of his grasp and found out it wasn't working. "No, actually the only `Scully' I really know is you. Your brother on the other hand, I think he could kick my ass in a minute." He began nuzzling her neck and kissing down her chest, he pulled away looking down at her. "I think we've got a problem." "What's that?" He let go of her wrists and knowing that she wasn't going to run from him. He kneeled down and took her foot into his palm taking her shoes off. He then began to unbutton her dress one button after the other reveling her creamy white skin. He finally slipped the dress off her, draping the dress on the couch behind them. Dana stood there in just a bra and panties, he gave a whistle and she blushed. Dana stepped up to him, grabbing his sweater at the bottom yanking it over his head. She ran her hands down his chest and raked her nails over his taut abs, making him groan. He kicked off his shoes and walked backwards to the couch pulling her with him; she landed on top of him. They kissed passionately, hands everywhere and he lightly nipped at her lips, then took her earlobe between his teeth and bit. Dana pulled away from him slowly and reached around to unfasten her bra, he took her hands into his and with his eyes she knew that he wanted to undo it, he had every intention of pleasuring her tonight. "I think the bed would be more comfortable, Fox." "I think you're right." Dana got up and held out her hand for Fox. He grabbed it, quickly picking her up off the floor, cradling her in his arms. "Fox!" she squealed. He walked down the hallway and deposited her on the bed. He stood there at the foot of the bed for a minute and then crawled atop of her, leaning down and capturing her lips in a slow passionate kiss. He trailed wet kisses down her torso, licking her nipples to hard points and then continuing down her mid section noticing a dark quarter size mark on her stomach. He lifted his head from her body and she looked down at him with hooded eyes. "Dana, have you been messing around on me?" He licked the small bruise lightly biting it making her squirm. "No, I haven't. It was because of the fight, you should know…." she managed to whisper out breathlessly. He chuckled against her stomach letting his hair and stubble drive her crazy against his ministrations. Noticing that she still had her panties on, he lifted himself up, straddling her thighs, pulling the fabric off her in one quick motion and tossing them on the floor. "Now that's much, much better." "Oh, now you don't. It's your turn." Before he knew what was happening he was flat on his back and now she was straddling his chest, kissing her way down his chest nipping at his rippled abs. As she made her descent down, she scratched lightly with her fingernails making faint red marks down his abdomen. He groaned grabbing a lock of red hair in one hand and stroking her back with the other free hand. She unbuttoned his pants and grabbed his boxers dragging them both down his lean legs, dropping them to the floor. Continuing her assault on his body, she found what she desired the most. Grabbing his engorged member with her small palms she took him in one smooth stroke, licking, sucking, nipping and lightly grazing the side of his head with her teeth, making him clutch at the sheets turning his knuckles white as she continued her assault. He started to mumble something but he was speechless; she continued to suck him until he came into her mouth; while she rubbed his thighs and placed a small kiss on his tip. She kissed her way back up his torso looking down at him noticing that he had his eyes closed. She lightly rubbed her nose on his, and he slowly opened his eyes to the wonderful sight of a red head straddling his chest, smiling down at him. "You were going to tell me something." Dana bent down whispering into his ear. "Uh… I was going to tell you that I've got some protection in the nightstand." He looked over to the right, stroking her cheek, moving a strand of hair behind her ear. "I'll get it." "God your beautiful, Dana. I can't believe you're here with me, right now." He caressed her hip and stroked lazily back up her arm. "I'm here and I'm not going anywhere," she kissed him passionately and reached over and picked the foil packet up, ripping it open tossing the empty packet on the floor, gently rolling the condom onto his engorged flesh. He captured her lips and rolled her over so that he was on top, slipping down between her thighs, loving the feel of her soft silky skin against his. He kissed and lavished attention to every crevice of her body. She raked her hands through his soft dark hair, he continued down toward her breasts, licking, nipping, and sucking one then the other, kissing down to her navel. Licking one of her thighs then the other, he gently parted her legs to get better access to her sweetness. He kissed at her entrance, lightly rubbing his cheek against her thigh, driving her crazy with his stubbly cheek. He plunged his tongue into her depths then took her clit into his mouth, sucking and nipping at her. She was on the verge of coming within seconds; she began whimpering and urging him on. She came while he continued to suck on her clit. He wanted it to last a little longer, so he lapped up her juices and began kissing his way back up her chest. He slipped down between her thighs and she guided him toward her entrance, fitting snuggly into her welcoming depths. He started to move slowly in and out; after several more smooth strokes, she began to grip him and he sped up the pace. She tilted her hips up to meet his strokes and she came. He pumped a few more hard strokes and he came shortly after, collapsing on her. She stroked his back enjoying the feel of his weight on her, and neither one moved enjoying each other's warmth. "I love you, Dana." Fox whispered into her ear. "I love you too, Fox." Dana hugged him to her. He rolled off her and gathered her into his arms, letting the night take them into a peaceful slumber. Sunday 7:30 a.m. Dana awoke with the sound of rain pounding against the roof of the building. She noticed that Fox was still with her, snuggled into her warmth, wrapping his left arm around her pulling her flush against him and his erection. She started to get up from his grasp but he groaned and pulled her back to him. "Just where do you think you're going?" he nuzzled her neck, rubbing his rough stubble on her sensitive flesh. "I was going to take a bath and you can join me if you like." She turned in his embrace and kissed him. "Of course I'll join you. I can't let this opportunity pass me by." He chuckled and returned her kiss. She managed to get away from his grasp, but he overpowered her and pulled her back onto the bed. "Fox, are you going to let me go or not?" she giggled. "Yeah, for a little while but not forever." They looked at each other lovingly and he finally let her go to the bathroom. Dana began to run the bath water and looked for some soap, a clean towel and found two clean towels in the cabinet. Meanwhile she walked back into the bedroom, noticing that Fox had fallen asleep again or he seemed to have. She picked up her clothes off the floor and folded them up. She knew that she had to call Sherry at the hotel to ask her to bring Dana's suitcase over so that she would have something to wear. Dana walked back into the bathroom shutting the door slightly and stepped into the tub as it began to fill with water. Fox looked around the room and noticed that Dana's clothes were missing and a few of his clothes were gone as well. He got up and went to his dresser and grabbed a pair of boxers out from it and one of his t- shirts. He walked toward the bathroom door and knocked gently and walked into the steamy room, loving the sight that was before him. "Dana, I brought these for you." He laid the boxer shorts and t-shirt down on the sink "Thanks. So, are you going to join me?" Fox didn't have to be asked twice. He slid in behind her, pulling her up against him. She settled between his thighs and grabbed the bar of soap and washcloth, soaping it up in a lather washing her legs, and then washing his. He grabbed the cloth from her and washed her back and shoulders and rinsed her off. She turned around taking the cloth from him, washing his face and down his chest, reaching for his cock washing him and continued down his thighs, and then rinsing the soap off. Dana settled back in his embrace as he held her for the longest time. The water was starting to cool down and a chill stirred in the room. Dana went to get up and reached for the towel and handed one to Fox. They dried each other off she wrapped the towel around her and Fox wrapped it around his waist barely covering his body. Dana looked into the mirror using his hairbrush to comb her hair, he walked up behind her putting his arms around her waist she leaned into is embrace. "Should I shave or not?" he questioned her looking at her in the mirror and then back at her. "It really is up to you." She looked at the mirror to see him smiling at her. Fox walked over to the cabinet reaching for the electric razor and the lights flashed and the power went out. "I'll be right back." He tossed the razor back into the cabinet. "Are you always prepared?" "Of course I am." He went back into the bedroom to retrieve some candles, walked back into bathroom and set down the candles down on counter, lighting the room in a soft glow. He bent down to the look for a razor and found one; he walked back to the mirror and Dana grabbed it from him. She backed up against the counter and he straddled her thighs while she reached for the shaving lotion. She lathered a small amount in her palm and smoothed some lotion on his face. He looked into the mirror while she began to shave him in the glowing dim light, trying not to cut him. She finished shaving him and turned around rinsing the razor off and he wrapped his arms around her nuzzling her cheek, lightly placing a kiss on her neck. "You know something Dana?" He began to nibble at her earlobe. "What?" she turned in his arms tracing patterns on his chest. "I've never let a woman shave me before." "Is that so." "Yeah, that's right. Only one woman has shaven me and you are the first to do it." He picked up the boxers and handed them to her she took the t-shirt and dropped the towel putting the t-shirt on. "Fox, you can take the boxers. Since you have to do your laundry." "Alright." He took the boxers from her hand and dropped his towel and slid his boxers on. Suddenly the power amazingly returned and they both walked back into the bedroom. "I've got to call Sherry." "I wonder how Joey and her are doing?" "Probably having the time of their lives." Dana walked into the bedroom reaching for the phone. Dana dialed the hotel and requested Sherry's room number and the phone rang about four times and finally she picked it up. "Hello." "Hi. Sherry it's me, Dana." "Oh, yeah Dana. How was your night last night? I bet it was good." "It was better than good; it was great." She blushed and Fox crawled in behind her nuzzling her on the neck and shoulder. "Could you bring my suitcase over?" "Of course. Joey told me that he lived in the same apartment as Fox so we'll drop by in an hour." "Sounds good to me, Sherry. I'll talk to you in an hour." Dana hung up the phone and turned back to Fox. "Sherry and Joey will be here in an hour so lets' start cleaning your mess up." "Bossy aren't we?" "You haven't seen nothing yet." She shoved him on his back straddling his chest, kissing, licking and nipping at his lips. The hour went by and neither one picked anything off the floor and someone knocked at the door. Fox walked over to the door, pulling a t-shirt over his head and opened it. Joey and Sherry stood in the hallway with one of Dana's suitcases. "Come in, you two." "Sherry, I'm in here." Dana called out to her friend. Sherry found Dana sitting on the edge of the bed. "So, how did it go? You know between you and Joey?" Dana asked while she went through her suitcase looking for a pair of jeans and a light blue t-shirt. "It went really great." Sherry blushed at her. "I believe you." Dana smiled, grabbing her clothes from the suitcase. Dana and Sherry walked out to the living room to find the guys talking. Fox walked back into his room and grabbed a pair of jeans and black t-shirt putting them on and walked back into the living room to talk about what their plans were for today. It was a lazy Sunday for Fox and Dana, spent washing his laundry in the morning and going out to the shopping center in the afternoon with Sherry and Joey. Fox bought Dana a blue, low cut, silk dress that he had seen through a showcase window. He knew Dana would be surprised and hopefully delighted by his gift since she didn't even see him purchase it. She was with Joey and Sherry in the restaurant ordering lunch. He walked into the restaurant with the gift wrapped up in a box while he carried it over to their table. "Fox, glad you could join us," Joey greeted him with a smile. "Yeah, I was just looking around and before I knew it you guys were gone," he smiled setting down beside Dana. "Just what do you have there?" Dana looked down at the box. "Well, it's a surprise for you." He placed his arm around her shoulder giving her a quick kiss. "Mmm… I can't wait to open it." She returned his kiss sucking lightly on his bottom lip. "You can open it now or you can wait until later at my place." He waggled his eyebrows smiling. "I'll wait. I'm not in a big hurry to embarrass myself in front of our friends." After their lunch they went back to Fox's apartment. They talked about what was going to come in the next few days, the last day to tour the University and Dana and Sherry catching their plane Tuesday morning. "Dana, Joey and I are going back to the hotel. I know that the last day to tour University is tomorrow. I want to spend a couple of hours with Joey." "Sure. Fox, can you drop me off later on?" Dana asked Fox. "Yeah, of course I can." Sherry and Joey left for the hotel while Fox stood in the living room looking over at Dana, knowing what was to come once again. "I know I didn't have much time spend with you, Dana." He walked over to her and wrapped her in his arms, hugging her to him. "I know. I just don't know if I can take this, meeting you again and then leaving again." Dana snuggled into his embrace. "I'll tell you what. When I leave this place and come back to the states, I'll find you." He looked down into her teary streaked cheeks and wiped them away with his thumbs. "Are you saying that once you graduate here at Oxford, England, Fox Mulder will be looking for me? Oh, I don't know, Fox can you promise that or are you just trying to get my hopes up that you will find me?" Dana stepped out of his embrace crossing her arms. "I'll try my best to find you. If I don't, then I know that I've had the pleasure of meeting you and I'll never forget it." Fox grabbed her hand and pulled her down with him on the couch. "I've noticed that you didn't open my gift, yet?" Fox looked down at her. "What did you get me, Fox?" Dana picked it up looking at it curiously. "I'm not telling; you'll have to find out." Dana began peeling the wrapping off the box and lifted the lid off it, revealing the blue, silk dress that he had picked out. "It's beautiful, Fox. I can't even imagine what it cost you." "It's a gift to you, Dana." "Thanks." She hugged him and kissed him on the cheek and set back on her heels, looking at him. "Your welcome, Dana. I told you that I would buy you another one, didn't I? I always keep my word." He leaned into her space and kissed her on the lips, pulling her onto his lap, kissing her until both were breathless, she released his bottom lip with a tug. The day went by with the two of them enjoying each other's company and before they both knew it the day was closing on them. Fox returned Dana to the hotel and picked up Joey. They headed back to their apartment knowing that the only girls that they had really loved were going to be out of their lives in one day. Monday 9:30 a.m. Sherry and Dana walked on the campus looking for Joey and Fox. They spotted them walking down the corridor of the medical section which the guys had walked to, knowing they girls would be there. "Sherry, I've been looking for you." Joey put his arm around her shoulder, guiding her out of the building. The two of them left the building and left Fox and Dana to have some privacy. "Dana, since I won't be talking to you in sometime, I want to give you my address while I'm here." He handed her a note with his address, she took it, looking it over and stuck it in her purse. "I'll try to write to you when I can. But with my dad moving us around it'll be really tough but I'll try every chance I get." "I know, Dana." "I guess this is goodbye then, right?" Fox grabbed her hand. "Yeah, you could say that. The plane is leaving tomorrow at six in the morning and you know how airlines get; you have to be there on time or you'll be left behind." "Most of them are like that." He took her in his arms and hugged her, placing a kiss on her head, bending down kissing her on the mouth, not wanting to let her go again for the fear of not seeing her again. "Fox, I've got to go." She whispered against his lips. "Okay, I'll never forget you, Dana Scully." He stroked his hand down her face and ran his hand through her hair. "I'll see you when you get back, Fox. If it really is meant to be with us, it will happen." Dana brushed his hair away from his eyes looking into his hazel depths, kissing him for the final last time. Present day 1993 Fox Mulder's Office 3:00 p.m. Fox Mulder was reviewing the recent case of Cecil L' Ively brought by his old flame, Phoebe Green, out of the blue. The case was over and Phoebe had left him a cassette tape to listen to. He sat at his desk staring out into space; suddenly the door cracked open and a familiar British accent was heard, "Care to take me to lunch?" Fox turned around in his chair looking shocked that Dana Scully was in the door- frame smiling at him. He let out a relieved sigh and smiled at Dana. "Did I scare you?" Dana walked into the office. "You have no idea," he smiled at her. "Where is Phoebe?" "I don't know." "You don't know? Did she call?" she questioned him. "No, but she did send this message to me last night." He handled the cassette between his fingers. "Did you play it?" Dana asked. "Nope." "Why not? Aren't you curious to know what's on it?" "Ten to one you can't dance to it." Mulder walked over to the filing cabinet and opened the drawer to place the file into the folder, unexpectedly the phone rang, Mulder reached for the receiver; a young woman was on the other end. "Hello, Fox Mulder speaking." "Hi, Fox. It's Sherry," the young woman said into the receiver. "I've been trying to get into contact with you for quite some time. I was wondering if you have heard from Dana since we left from England." "Oh, hi. Yeah, I remember you. How are you doing? When did you get in town? So, how did you find me?" "I'm fine. Joey and I are still together and how I find you was through Joey's workplace, he's got connections." "As a matter of fact Dana's standing right here in the office with me." Fox smiled into the receiver, looking over at Dana who looked confused. "Fox, I was wondering if you and Dana could meet us somewhere, later tonight?" Sherry asked. "Sure. You still with Joey?" As he mentioned Joey, Dana began to think about her college friend, Sherry. "Yeah, we're getting married in a couple of months." "Congratulations." "We can meet you at the Galaxy Restaurant downtown. You do know where that is?" "Yes, I know of it." "We'll be there around eight o' clock tonight." "Okay, see you then." Fox hung up the phone and looked over at Dana whom was sitting in the chair next to his desk. "Guess who that was?" "Who? Another girlfriend I don't know about?" Dana smiled at him and walked over to the corner of his desk and sat down on the edge. "No, not my girlfriend, Joey's." "Are you kidding, Sherry and Joey?" Dana smiled. "Yeah, for real. It was Sherry. She wants to meet us at the Galaxy Restaurant tonight." "You do know that the restaurant is a fancy one, don't you?" Fox smiled at her reaching for her hand. "I know it's very elegant." Fox got up from his chair and walked over to the doorway reaching for his coat and hers. Dana walked up to him, he slid her coat over her shoulders, and she turned around, walking out of the office. He followed her to the elevator doors and rode down to the parking garage. The doors opened. "I'll catch you later, Dana. I've got something I have to do." Fox smiled down at her. "Oh, got somewhere else to be, rather than with me?" Dana teased him. "No, not really. Just something I've got to pick up." He kissed her on the lips and she returned his chaste kiss and released him. He walked out the elevator door watching her walk toward her car. Dana Scully's Apartment 5:00 p.m. Dana was relaxing in a bubble bath when suddenly there was a knock on her door. Dana opened one of her eyes thinking it was Fox, and a woman's voice called out. "Dana, are you home?" the female's voice called out. "Melissa, is that you? I'm in the tub." "Hey, sis. What's going on?" Dana got out of the tub wrapping the fluffy white towel around her. Melissa made her way around her living room, walking toward the bathroom door Dana opened the door, surprised to see her sister at her place. "What brings you here, Melissa?" Dana asked as she continued to dry her hair off. "I was just checking up on you," Melissa smiled at her. "I'm fine." "So, where are you going, little sister?" "What makes you think I'm going anywhere?" "I saw that you had a very beautiful dress laid out on the bed. So, who's the lucky guy, Dana?" Melissa sat down on the couch and Dana joined her. "As if you really have to know." "Of course I have to know, Dana, spill your guts." Melissa patted her on the thigh. "It's Fox." "After all this time you're still with this guy. I have to hand it to you Dana, when you grab hold of something you never let go do you?" "Yeah, I guess I don't." Dana giggled. "So, when is he picking you up?" "He'll be here probably six o' clock, but the dinner isn't until eight." "Is this a date thing or business dinner?" Melissa wondered. "If you really must be that nosy Melissa, we're actually meeting an old college friend of mine." Dana walked back into the bedroom putting on her silk bathrobe. "Okay, Dana. Didn't mean to come unannounced. It's just that I had a fight with Max, so I came over to see what you had planned tonight." Melissa walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water. "I don't mind your company. It's just that I'll be leaving with Fox in an hour. I can't believe you and Max had a fight." Dana looked through her closet picking out black dress shoes. Melissa walked up and peeked over her shoulder. "That's a nice pair," Melissa picked up a pair of black high heels and handed them to Dana. "What are you doing?" "They go well with your dress. Since when did you get this one anyway?" Melissa picked it up looking it over. "Fox bought it for me in England while I was over there for that University trip a while back." "Oh, Dana. It really is beautiful." Suddenly there was knock on the door, Melissa looked at the clock noticing it was almost six o'clock. She turned around facing Dana and walked toward the door. Melissa opened the door revealing a very handsome man on the other side in a tuxedo and a handful of roses. "I'm looking for Dana; is she here?" "Yeah, come on in." Fox walked in the apartment and looked for Dana just as she came from the bedroom in the dress that he had bought her. It looked as though it was made for her and no one else. "Fox, this is my sister Melissa." "I remember you." Fox held out his hand to shake Melissa's. "I've been hearing a lot about you these days, Fox. Dana talks a lot about you." Melissa smiled and turned winking at Dana walking back into the kitchen. "Here these are for you," Fox handed her the dozen roses smiling at Dana. "Thanks." Dana walked back into the kitchen to put the roses into a vase with water. Melissa followed her. "No wonder you never let this one go," Melissa spoke up. "Melissa, why do you say that?" Dana walked over to her. "Just look at him, Dana. He's gorgeous and charming. I know he's crazy about you, just by the way he looks at you." "I've got one thing to say, Dana." "What's that?" "Don't ever let this one go. I have a strong feeling you two are meant to be together." Just then Fox walked into the conversation, hearing something mentioned not letting go of something. "Dana, you ready to go?" "Yeah, I'll be ready in a minute." Dana walked out of the kitchen to fetch her shoes in the bedroom. "Hey Dana, I've gotta run. I'll give you call tomorrow." Melissa walked toward the door and left. Fox stood at the door waiting patiently on Dana; she walked out of the bedroom looking elegant in her silk dress and heels. "Dana, you look very beautiful, and if I may say, very sexy tonight." "Thank you. You look gorgeous tonight, Fox." He leaned down and stole a quick kiss. They left the apartment with his hand around her lower back just as if it had taken up residence there. Galaxy Restaurant 7:30 p.m. Fox and Dana arrived a half an hour earlier than expected, but the restaurant was getting more crowded by the minute. They checked in and waited for Joey and Sherry to show up. After they were seated in the middle section of the restaurant, Dana looked back over toward the entrance and noticed a brown haired woman that looked just looked like her friend and the guy that she had on arm looked familiar too. The two of them checked in and were guided over to Fox and Dana's table. "Dana, is that you?" "Oh, my god Sherry!" Dana got up from the table and embraced her friend. "Joey, good to see again." Fox stood shaking Joey's hand firmly and sat down in his chair. "Hey, Fox. It's really good to see you. I see you haven't changed." "I'm really glad to see you guys are together." Joey smiled at Fox and glanced back at Dana. "So, Sherry why are you in D.C.?" "I've got a meeting with the firm tomorrow. I'm actually an Executive with a joint company involving medical supplies. I thought it would be nice to catch up and see how you have been doing since college?" "I've been doing great. After medical school I joined the F.B.I. and then I met Fox Mulder again as you can see." Dana smiled at Fox, and then looked back her friend. "See, I told you, you two would meet again sooner or later." "So, Joey, what have you been up to lately?" "I actually graduated and a became a DEA agent. I'm in the office though, I really liked to be out in the field but you have to take what you can get." "Dana, where did you get that dress? It's very beautiful." "Fox gave it to me right before we left Oxford." "I wish Joey would spend that much money on me," Sherry teased, poking him in the ribs. "Here are your menus for this evening. I'll be right back for your orders." The young waiter handed them their menus and walked off. "So, what are you going to order, Joey?" Sherry asked. "I think I'll have the barbecue ribs and a side dish order." "That's sounds good. I think I'll have the same. I'll have their garden salad for the side dish; I hear it really is good. How about you, Dana, and Fox?" Sherry glanced over at the two of them. "I'm really hungry tonight. I was thinking of having lobster. What are you going to have, Dana?" He looked at her setting his menu down on the table. "I think I'll share the lobster with you." "So, did you decide what you're going to have this evening?" the waiter asked. "Yes, we'll have the lobster." Fox said. "I'll have the barbecue ribs with the side dish and she wants the same but only the garden salad instead of the side dish order." Joey told the waiter. "All right, is there anything else you would like?" "Yeah, could you bring us the finest red wine you have?" Fox asked. "Sure, thing. I'll be right back." The young waiter walked off. As they waited for their meals, Dana excused herself from the table to go to the ladies room and Sherry did also. "So, Sherry how's it going with Joey?" Dana looked herself over in the bathroom mirror. "It's going great. We're getting married in July." "I know Fox told me about it. I'm really happy for you two." "And?" "What?" Dana looked at smiling. "When are you getting hitched, Dana? I mean you two are meant for each other; you have to make it official." "I just don't want to rush into this marriage thing, and we really haven't talked about it." "Well, I wouldn't wait too late. Fox is a good looking, charming, and sexy man. It's not everyday you come across a man that has all those features, and plus its no secret that you two are in love." Meanwhile, the guys were chatting about old times. Before they knew it the women had come back to the table, sitting down in their chairs. The waiter came back shortly, placing the wine in the ice bucket and then he went to get their meals. In less than five minutes he placed their meals in front of them and then walked off. Everyone began to eat their dinners while Fox and Dana tangled with the lobster's legs. Fox finally broke one of its legs off, handing it over to Dana. "Oh, that poor thing." Sherry said and picked up her wine glass. "Isn't he a beast?" Dana giggled. Fox chuckled at Dana's comment, finally managed to tear the other leg off and broke the shell open exposing the meat from the shellfish. Dana picked at it with her fork and began eating the meat and Fox joined in. "This lobster is very delicious." "It's the best I've tasted in a long time." Fox smiled and juice from the meat began to run down his mouth. Dana leaned over and wiped the corner of his mouth with a napkin. "Thanks." "Your welcome." They finished their dinners split the bill and walked outside of the restaurant, enjoying the midnight air and the shining stars. "It's been nice meeting you two again. I was wondering if you two would come to the wedding in July?" Sherry asked them. "I really would like that, but with our jobs I don't know if we'll be able to attend." Dana said sadly. "I'll be sending out invitations. Give me your address and I'll send a invitation out, just in case you do decide to come." Dana looked in her purse for a pen and piece of scrap paper and wrote down her address and handed it to her friend. "Here you go." "Thanks, Dana." "You guys take care now. I hope to see the two of you at the wedding." "We'll try to make it, but we aren't promising anything." Sherry and Joey left the restaurant, while Dana and Fox walked toward their car in the parking lot. "It was really good to see them, Fox." "Yeah, it was. I'm glad their getting married." Dana Scully's Apartment 10:13 p.m. Fox pulled up to her apartment, parked the car in the vacant lot, and shut the engine off. He got out, walking over to the passenger side, and held the door open for her. He held his hand out for her and she took it. "My, aren't you the gentlemen tonight?" "I have to be if I'm going out with Dana Scully." He smiled at her and shut the door on the car. They walked up the steps to her apartment and entered the elevator; in a few seconds they were standing at her door. Dana got her key from her purse; opened the door for them, and entered the darkened apartment. Dana walked into the living room, turning a lamp on so there would be a little light to see in the apartment. Fox walked in and shut the door, locking it. "You plan on staying tonight?" She turned around and walked up to him putting her arms behind his head. "I was unless you don't want me to." He nuzzled her cheek placing a kiss on her neck. "Of course you can stay." Dana kissed him on the lips and walked into her bedroom, taking her shoes off. She didn't know that Fox had followed her, standing in the doorway watching her. She looked into the mirror, taking her earring out of her left ear and something caught her attention: his dark reflection staring right back at her with a smile on his lips. He walked over to her wrapping, his arms around her waist, hugging her to him. "I've got a question to ask you Dana?" Fox trailed kisses on the back of her neck, nipping her tendon making her groan, she responded by pushing back against his erection. "What?" She turned her head capturing his lips and quickly releasing him. He never got to ask the question because she was grinding against him. He began pulling the dress down her body and slipped it off her, looking at her body in the mirror. She turned around and unbuttoned his jacket, and working on the dress shirt, slipping it off his shoulders, tossing it aside. She slid her hands down his chest tugging at his dress pants and pulling them down. Then he kicked his shoes off and she pulled his pants off taking his boxers with them, in the process revealing a naked Fox Mulder. He bent his head down, kissing her neck, chest, and breast. He slipped down the garment, tossing it, not caring where it ended up. "What no bra, Dana? " "No, I thought I would surprise you." She gripped a handful of his hair making him groan. He took her nipple into his mouth, sucking, biting lightly and continued down her chest reaching her navel placing a light kiss there. She clutched his hair, tugging gently while he began tucking his fingers into her panties, dragging the fabric down her legs; she stepped out of them. He looked up at her with those bedroom eyes and kissed a trail up her legs, placing a small kiss at her juncture and inhaling her scent. He dipped his tongue into her wet heat, licking her clit, pulling it into his mouth lavishing it while he continued his assault on her sensitive bud. She started to moan his name but he wasn't hearing any of it. She pushed harder on his tongue, spreading her legs trying to get more penetration from his wonderful talented tongue. "Fox… going to come." "Mmm…" Fox managed to mumble. "Oh… Oh… god… Fox…." she came flooding his mouth with her juices. He sucked the last drop of liquid into his mouth savoring it all, withdrawing his tongue and placing a tender kiss on her curls, continuing up her body, taking her face in his hands, kissing her. She kissed him on the lips passionately, tasting herself on his lips. He pulled her down with him on the bed and landed on top of him, straddling his thighs. As she settled down on his chest, she began sucking on his earlobe, licking his neck and biting the tendon. Her mouth traveled down his chest, kissing and nipping his ribcage working toward his sensitive nipples, peaking one than the other, grazing her teeth on his sensitive flesh, making him shiver in the process and kissing trails down his chest reaching his pubic area. She cupped his balls in her palm, stroking him lightly and began placing butterfly kisses on the head of his cock, licking his shaft from top to bottom. He grasped a handful of her hair tugging, pulling, and stroking the side of her face. She took his head into her mouth, swirling her tongue and stroking him while he continued to tug at her hair, then finally he spoke up in a breathless whisper, "Christ Dana… I'm going to come." He shortly came into her mouth as she sucked and licked his cum into her mouth. She rose up and began to kiss her way back up to his chest, brushing up against his leg, knowing that they were ready to go over the edge and become one. With a smooth stroke, she slipped down onto his penis, loving the feeling of being stretched to the limit, by the only man that she really loved. He thrust into her slow and smooth, then started speeding up his strokes. She tilted her hips to meet his, arching up, pulling out and slowing sinking back down. After making love, they were tangled in the bed sheets wrapped around each other. Dana stirred from his embrace, looking down at his sleeping form, tracing her fingers over his face and down to his lips. He took one of her fingers into his mouth lightly sucking it and woke up, smiling. "Fox, what were you going to ask me a while ago?" Dana lay onto his chest tracing lazy patterns. "I uhh… what were you and your sister talking about earlier tonight?" "Mmm… so you heard what we were talking about?" "Yeah, some of it. I didn't hear it all. I only heard the part about not letting someone go or something." "If you must know what we were talking about, she told me not to let this one go." "Your sister said that about me? I can tell she's not like your brother Bill." "No, she's not." He captured her lips, making love to the one woman that he truly knew for certain that was actually in love with him, and he never wanted to let her go. The morning sun began peeking into the window blinds and the phone rang at ten o' clock. Not knowing whom it was, Fox reached over Dana's shoulder and answered the phone not, even thinking at first that he wasn't even in his apartment in the first place. "Hello," he mumbled into the receiver. "Oh, hi Fox, I was just wanting to check up on Dana." Melissa smiled into the receiver. "Dana, the phone is for you. I think it's your sister." He handed her the phone and nuzzled her neck, lightly placing a kiss on her nape. "Sleeping in, Dana? What did you do last night?" Melissa giggled into the receiver. Dana blushed and didn't answer her sister and looked back over her shoulder at Fox. "Melissa, I'll fill you in with the details later." "Alright, sis. I'll talk to you later. Goodbye, Dana. Tell Fox I said hello." "Okay." Dana hung up the phone and snuggled back into Fox's embrace. "Dana, what did she tell you?" "Just say hello to you and checking up on me, told me Bill was on the way over to kick your ass." "Dana, if he comes over here…." He didn't even get the rest of the sentence out when she pulled him down for a kiss. "Don't worry about him." "Mmmm… I hope your right because I can't wait to see his face when I ask you to marry me." XXXX The End for now… Started: November 30, 2002 Finished: January 12, 2003
